1. Services Provided

 

Annika Wooton offers live speed painting performances, commissioned artwork, and related creative services for corporate events, private bookings, and other engagements. All bookings and transactions made through this website are subject to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

> Booking Process

• To book a performance, live event painting, or commissioned artwork, clients must submit an inquiry form through the website or contact Annika Wooton directly.

• A booking is not confirmed until a contract is signed and a non-refundable retainer is received.

> Deposit & Payment

If the client cancels the booking:

• The retainer is non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

If Annika Wooton cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the event will be rescheduled when possible.

 

> Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a client cancels the booking:

  • The retainer is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

• If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a full refund or reschedule if possible.

3. Performance & Event Requirements

 

To ensure a successful performance, the client agrees to provide:

• A suitable performance space with adequate lighting and visibility.

• Any necessary AV/sound setup for music or visual elements.

• A point of contact for day-of-event coordination.

Specific requirements will be outlined in the booking contract.

​

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership

• For live event paintings, the client receives physical ownership of the artwork but does not have reproduction rights unless specified.

• Annika Wooton retains copyright and usage rights for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Commissioned artwork is subject to a separate agreement regarding reproduction and usage rights.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

​​

• Annika Wooton is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond her control (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, illness).

• The client assumes responsibility for venue safety and accommodations for the performance.

​

6. Changes to These Terms

 

Annika Wooton reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated Effective Date.
